Learn about the origins and research that underpin the PCS approach in an engaging learning programme designed to it around your day-to-day work.

SELECT a team to work with

Email teams and leaders, inviting them to complete a simple online survey of quantitative and qualitative questions. The results will be used in your group accreditation workshop.

LEARN TOGETHER

Your 1-day ‘on the ground’ programme will consolidate your team’s knowledge of PCS, building confidence working with the profiles, using real case studies from your own organisation.

You’ll have everything you need to get started, and our expert team of mentors and master-practitioners will be there to support every step of your PCS journey.
